%X 本文以重庆科技学院研究生创新实践培养模式为例,创新研究生实践教育理念:校企协同共建实践课程体系,全过程贯穿研究生实践创新能力教育;校企共同项目为引领,全方位培养研究生实践创新能力;校企联合培养,建设市级“研究生联合培养工作站”;校企联合打造创新创业导师团队,培养挖掘研究生创新创业潜力。在探索和实践中,形成了“多维度实践课程体系 + 一体化科研能力培养模式 + 多元化实践创新平台”三元结合,“动态实践课程 + 创新案例教学 + 创新创业教育 + 项目为牵引 + 学生为中心 + 课题组考核 + 研究生工作站 + 科技创新竞赛 + 众创空间孵化”九种方法,“校内导师 + 企业导师 + 导师团队”三种保障的“三九三”研究生实践创新校企协同育人培养模式。
In this paper, taking innovation and practice cultivation of graduate student of Chongqing University of Science and Technology as an example, we propose an innovative practice education idea for graduate students. School and enterprise jointly build the practical curriculum system, and the joint education of school and enterprise in the whole process of the practical innovation ability of graduate students. The joint project of school and enterprise can cultivate the practice and innovation ability of graduate students in an all-round way. School and enterprise jointly construct municipal “Graduate joint cultivation workstation”. School and enterprise jointly build innovation and entrepreneurship supervisor team to cultivate and tap the innovation and entrepreneurship potential of graduate students. In the exploration and practice, we have formed the “threeninety-three” graduate practical innovation school-enterprise collaborative education and cultivation mode, including “multi-dimensional practice curriculum system + integrated scientific research ability cultivation mode + diversified practical innovation platform” three combination, “dynamic practical courses + innovation case teaching + innovation entrepreneurship education + project-driven + student-centered teaching + team assessment + graduate student workstation + science and technology innovation competition + public innovation space incubation” nine kinds of methods, and “school supervisor + enterprise supervisor + supervisor team” three guarantees.
