Objective: To study the effect of mothers with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on neonatal lev-els of vitamin A, D and E. Methods: 100 GDM pregnant women and their newborns admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 100 non-GDM pregnant women and their term newborns delivered in the same period were selected as the con-trol group. The levels of vitamin A, D, and E analyzed the effects of GDM mothers on neonatal vita-min A, D, and E levels. Results: Vitamin levels were significantly between the two groups. In the ob-served group, vitamin A and vitamin D levels were lower compared with the control group. Conclu-sion: The level of vitamin A and vitamin E born in GDM mothers has increased significantly, and the low vitamin D levels should be scientifically and fully supplemented for GDM mothers and normal pregnant women to effectively reduce the occurrence of neonatal diseases. %K 妊娠期糖尿病,维生素A,维生素D,维生素E
