Premature rupture of membranes and genital tract infection complement each other and are close-ly related to early-onset neonatal sepsis. Due to the immaturity of the neonatal immune system and the lack of specific clinical manifestations, it often leads to a severe and poor prognosis. The two in-flammatory factors IL-6 and CRP can be abnormally elevated in premature rupture of membranes complicated by infection and early-onset neonatal sepsis. Umbilical cord blood is the first blood sample obtained when the fetus is born, and has a high value for the early diagnosis of early-onset neonatal sepsis. This article reviews the correlation between umbilical cord blood IL-6 and CRP lev-els in patients with premature rupture of membranes and early-onset neonatal sepsis, in order to achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of early-onset neonatal sepsis, and im-prove the prognosis of neonates. %K 高原地区,早发性新生儿败血症,白细胞介素6,C反应蛋白,脐带血
