%X 目的：探讨颈部异位胸腺囊肿的临床表现、诊疗及手术体会。方法：回顾性分析1例就诊于我院的成人颈部异位胸腺囊肿的临床资料。结果：胸腺囊肿发病率较低，仅占胸腺肿瘤的5%，而发生于颈部的异位胸腺囊肿更为罕见，在颈部肿物的诊疗过程中不能单纯依赖影像学检查，可穿刺取活检送病理明确诊断，提高诊断正确率。<br />
Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and surgical experience of ectopic thymic cyst in the neck. Methods: The clinical data of adult cervical ectopic thymic cyst of 1 case of clinic in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Results: The incidence of thymic cyst is low, only accounts for 5% of the thymus gland tumor, and ectopic thymus gland cyst occurring in the neck is more rare, in the process of neck neoplasm of diagnosis and treatment, it can not rely solely on imaging examination, puncture biopsy pathology diagnosis can be taken to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
