%X 乡村旅游与休闲农业是一种以乡村为旅游活动地，游客体验农业活动的旅游模式。我国乡村地域广阔，自然资源丰富，因此，非常适合发展乡村旅游与休闲农业，乡村旅游与休闲农业将自然特色和农业文化融入到旅游活动中，为旅游业的发展增添了新内涵。随着乡村旅游与休闲农业的不断发展，乡村基础设施建设也在不断完善。但在发展过程中，乡村旅游与休闲农业发展模式也暴露出一些问题，如缺乏统筹规划、旅游产品缺乏独特性、经济效益不理想等不足。因此，本文以河北省怀来县乡村旅游与休闲农业为背景，对怀来县发展乡村旅游与休闲农业的优势、目标、现存问题进行分析，并提出了相应的解决对策。<br />
Rural tourism and leisure agriculture is a tourism mode in which tourists experience agricultural activities in rural areas. China’s rural area is vast, rich in natural resources, so it is very suitable for the development of rural tourism and leisure agriculture. Rural tourism and leisure agriculture integrate natural characteristics and agricultural culture into tourism activities and add new connotation to the development of tourism. With the continuous development of rural tourism and leisure agriculture, the construction of rural infrastructure is also improving. However, in the process of development, rural tourism and leisure agriculture development model also exposed some problems, such as lack of overall planning, tourism products lack of uniqueness, economic benefits are not ideal. Therefore, this paper takes rural tourism and leisure agriculture in Huailai County of Hebei Province as the background, analyzes the advantages, goals and existing problems of developing rural tourism and leisure agriculture in Huailai County, and puts forward corre-sponding solutions.
