Research on the Relationship between Senior Executives’ Characteristics and Corporate Performance of Listed Companies %A 邢晋嘉 %A 曹霞 %J Statistics and Applications %P 1302-1311 %@ 2325-226X %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/SA.2022.115135 %X 近年来,随着市场经济不断发展,越来越多的大公司陆续上市,而许多公司的成功或失败的主要原因都来自于公司高层管理。高层管理作为公司发展的引路人、决策者,在发展至今的现代企业制度下,这些高层管理所发挥的作用和重要性不言而喻,这也意味着企业在对外招聘高层管理者时,除了需要考虑其展现出来的工作能力,还要研究其未来对企业的发展潜力。公司在任用高管时需要对高管各方面因素进行分析,高管的任期时长与高管持股比例都对企业绩效有重要影响。因此,本文主要目的是探究企业高管的背景对其所在企业的绩效影响程度。为此,选取了纺织业内的多家上市公司的高层数据进行综合分析和比较,最终提出结论与建议,为公司在高管任用方面提供借鉴。
In recent years, with the continuous development of the market economy, more and more large companies have been listed one after another, and the main reason for the success or failure of many companies comes from the company’s senior management. As the guider and decision-maker of the company’s development, the role and importance of these senior managers are self-evident under the modern enterprise system that has developed so far, which also means that when enterprises recruit senior managers, they should not only consider their work ability, but also study their future development potential for the enterprise. When appointing senior executives, companies need to analyze various factors of senior executives. The tenure and shareholding ratio of senior executives have an important impact on corporate performance. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of the background of senior executives on the performance of their enterprises. For this reason, we selected the high-level data of several listed companies in the textile industry for comprehensive analysis and comparison, and finally put forward conclusions and suggestions to provide reference for the company in terms of senior management appointment. %K 公司高管,经营绩效,上市公司,高管特征
