Indepth exploration of the historical changes of China’s community education development paradigm is a realistic requirement to condense the development law of community education and promote the further development of community education. At the same time, it is also one of the most important essential issues to be considered indepth research on community education. This article systematically reviews the changing process of China’s community education development paradigm, analyzes the characteristics of each stage of China’s community education in detail, draws on the essence of the innovative community education development concept and transforms the community education development model to provide corresponding reference and reference.
