%X 为了展现浙江省作为高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区,打造人才强省和创新强省,通过梳理国内外产教融合的相关理论和相关经验,以浙江树人学院的环境工程专业为例,提出了“仿真型、虚拟型、实战型、合理配置、产教融合、资源共享”的建设思路,建立了环保行业实践基地集群,围绕环境工程的人才需求及新技术发展的方向,形成了模拟综合工程训练为基础的产教融合综合工程训练平台。这个产教综合工程训练平台的建立能有效地解决校企合作松散的问题、教学与生产相脱离的问题,实现产教融合、双元联动,在人才培养和技术服务等方面取得良好的社会效益和经济效益,实现校企双赢。
Zhejiang Province is a demonstration area for high-quality development and construction of com-mon prosperity, a province with strong talents and innovation. This paper takes the environmental engineering major of Zhejiang Shuren University as an example by combing the relevant theories and experiences of the integration of production and education at home and abroad. And the construction ideas of “simulation, virtual, practical, reasonable allocation, integration of production and education, and resource sharing” were put forward. Also, the practice base cluster of environmental protection industry was established. Around the talent demand of environmental engineering and the direction of new technology development, a comprehensive engineering training platform based on simulated comprehensive engineering training has been formed. The establishment of this comprehensive engineering training platform for industry and education can effectively solve the problem of loose cooperation between schools and enterprises, the problem of separation between teaching and production, achieve the integration of industry and education and dual linkage, good social and economic benefits in personnel training and technical services, and achieve a win-win situation for schools and enterprises.
