Analysis and Suggestions on the Current Situation of College Students’ Mental Health under the Epidemic %A 樊伟杰 %J Advances in Education %P 4140-4146 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AE.2022.1210632 %X 在当今的常态化疫情防控下,人们的日常生活与活动均受到了一定的限制,然而受制于日常管控的影响,人们的身体与心理上都受到了不同程度的影响,在校大学生也亦是如此。在疫情仍不断反复地今天,很多大学校园都实行了静默封闭式管理,大学生无法出校而且在校的日常活动也受到了一定的限制,而这对于正处于朝气蓬勃、活泼好动时期的大学生来说,对他们的心理健康造成了较大的负面影响。因此文章主要是通过一系列的调查研究与走访调查,了解不同学校封校管控期间在校大学生心理健康现状,通过对比研究,得出当代大学生封校期间的心理健康状况与原因,指出其特点以及促进与改善中存在的问题以及研究意义与期望,最后并针对在校大学生的实际情况提出相应的建议。对此切实改善与修复大学生的心理健康问题,促进学生心理健康的良好发展。
Under today’s normalized epidemic prevention and control, people’s daily life and activities are subject to certain restrictions. However, due to the influence of daily management and control, people’s body and psychology have been affected to varying degrees. For college students the same is true. Today, the epidemic is still repeated, many college campuses have implemented silent and closed management, college students cannot leave the school and their daily activities are also restricted to a certain extent. And this is in the vigorous, lively period of college students, their mental health caused a greater negative impact. Therefore, the article mainly uses a series of investigations and visits to understand the current situation of college students’ mental health during the school closure control period in different schools. Through the comparative study, the author obtains the mental health status and reasons of contemporary college students during the lockdown period, points out its characteristics and the problems existing in the promotion and improvement, as well as the research significance and expectation, and finally puts forward corresponding suggestions according to the actual situation of college students.
