%X IATF16949:2016质量管理体系是汽车行业的标准，服务于汽车相关零部件从设计到安装的整个生命周期。本文基于IATF16949:2016质量管理体系的核心原则，结合曲轴机加工实际，从自审自查质量管理方法及车间质量管理流程两方面对车间的质量管理进行了优化，提高了产品表现，提升了客户满意度。<br />
IATF16949:2016 quality management system is the automotive industry standard serving the entire life cycle of automotive related parts from design to installation. Based on the core principles of IATF16949:2016 quality management system and combined with crankshaft machining practice, this paper optimized the quality management of the workshop from two aspects of self-audit and self-inspection quality management method and workshop quality management process to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
