%X 基于《马克思主义与人性》一书中有关“人的满足”“人的需要”以及其和劳动的关系问题的探讨可得，“躺平族”现象的产生与劳动的异化、现代人高层次的需求无法满足、人的“工作”“休闲”观出现偏差性的错误等有关，且“躺平族”无法实现真正的躺平。要运用唯物辩证法的观点，辩证地看待“躺平族”现象，在教育层面从“劳动价值观”的角度切入积极合理引导“躺平族”。<br />
Based on the discussion of “human satisfaction”, “human needs” and their relationship with labor in Marxism and human nature, it can be concluded that the phenomenon of “lying flat people” is related to the alienation of labor, the inability to meet the high-level needs of modern people, the deviation and error of people’s “work” and “leisure” views, and the “lying flat people” can’t achieve true lying flat. We should use the viewpoint of materialist dialectics to treat the phenomenon of “lying flat people” dialectically, and actively and reasonably guide the “lying flat people” from the perspective of “labor values” at the educational level.
