Smart librarians are the source of vitality and power for the development of smart libraries. The training of smart librarians is the primary task of the construction of smart libraries. Firstly, this paper makes a theoretical discussion on the core literacy of smart librarians. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the core literacy of smart librarians, it puts forward the development strategy of the core literacy of smart librarians, aiming to promote the construction of high-quality smart librarians and promote the stable and sustainable development of smart libraries.
