The new edition of the high school history textbook began its trial in September 2019 and went into use nationwide the following year. It is written with many features: from changes in the structure of the curriculum to changes in its ideas and perspectives, many new knowledge points are introduced into the textbook, in line with the development of the times and the progress of ideas. It combines the advantages of different versions of textbooks, and has the advantages of all kinds of textbooks and meets the needs of the development of high school education in the new era.
