Connotation Elements and Improvement Strategies of College and University Teachers’ Information Technology Application Ability under the New Form of Internet + Education %A 巫俊强 %A 胡新元 %A 王银珊 %J Advances in Education %P 3691-3697 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AE.2022.1210565 %X 随着新一轮科技创新加速演进,国家提出加快推进“互联网+教育”,高校积极推进智慧教学环境建设,以信息技术驱动高等教育高质量发展。目前高校教师存在信息技术应用能力意识薄弱、缺乏系统化的提升体系、评价机制不健全、信息化教学环境不足等问题,不能很好地适应“互联网+教育”的发展要求。为了有效应对互联网时代教育新生态的挑战,高校教师应具备良好的信息技术应用能力,包括信息化教学设计能力、数字教育资源应用能力、人机协同教育能力等。提升高校教师信息技术应用能力可以通过更新教师信息技术应用教学理念、推进“互联网+教育”新基建、构建多部门协同培养体系、实施分层分类的提升方案、发挥教育教学评价机制作用、建立课堂教学新模式等方式实现。
With the accelerated evolution of a new round of scientific and technological innovation, the state proposes to speed up promotion of “Internet + education”. In response to the initiative posed by state, colleges and universities actively construct a smart teaching environment, so as to boost the high-quality development of higher education with information technology. At present, college and university teachers encounter some problems, such as weak awareness of information technology application ability, lack of systematic improvement system, imperfect evaluation mechanism, insufficient information teaching environment, etc., making them not meet the development require-ments of “Internet + education”. In a bid to effectively rise to the challenges of the new education ecology in the Internet era, college and university teachers should develop good information technology application ability, including information teaching design ability, digital education resources application ability, man-machine collaborative education ability, etc. The improvement of college and university teachers’ information technology application ability can be developed through updating the teaching concept of information technology application, promoting the new infrastructure of “Internet + education”, constructing a multi-department collaborative training system, implementing hierarchical and classified improvement schemes, exerting the role of education and teaching evaluation mechanism, and establishing a new classroom teaching mode. %K 互联网+教育,高校教师,信息技术应用能力,提升策略
