%X 目的:探索适用于军医大学积极教育实施的模式。方法:运用文献资料查阅法,基于积极心理学视角,从积极教育含义、军校开展积极教育的意义和军校积极教育实施的内容、方式和流程方面,对军校积极教育实施模式进行探索。结果:军医大学本科生积极教育的实施应从积极自我、积极情绪、积极关系、积极投入、及积极健康五方面内容着手培养学员的性格优势,采用渗透式和体验式方式,实施流程应关注对教员和军校管理层的积极教育、积极教育备课和积极军营环境的建设。结论:探索适用于军医大学本科生的积极教育模式,专注于挖掘和培养学员的性格优势,增强军医大学本科生的心理能力,从而提高部队的凝聚力和作战士气。
Objective: To explore a model suitable for the implementation of positive education in military academy. Methods: The method of literature of review was used, the implementation model of positive education, which included the meaning of positive education, the significance of positive education and the content, model and process of positive education, were built basing on the perspective of positive psychology in military academy. Results: The implementation of positive education in military academy should pay more attention on five aspects: Positive Self, positive emotion, positive relationship, positive engagement, and positive health in a penetrating and experiential way. The implementation process of positive education should focus on the teachers and the manager who were responsible for military positive education, the lesson preparation of positive education and the construction of positive military environment. Conclusion: The undergraduates can strengthen the ability to create the core values and further improve the cohesion and combat morale in the army through excavating and cultivating character strengths of the students by exploring a model suitable for the implementation of positive education in military academy.
