At a time when modern information and other technologies have a deepening impact on human activities, the construction industry urgently needs to undergo digital transformation to match the development level of technology and productivity. This paper introduces the role of the government, enterprises and academia in the digital transformation of the construction industry, and discusses the digital transformation strategy of the construction enterprises.
