%X 减脂运动作为一种降低体内脂肪含量、保持身体健康的体育活动,不仅需要多种运动方式来消耗体内热量,还需要合理的饮食。合理的营养饮食不仅可以加快体育运动疲劳的恢复,保持体内各器官功能的稳定状态,而且在运动后的窗口期有助于人体免疫功能的恢复,从而减少热量摄入是在保证体内各种营养素供应的基础上,利用三分练七分吃的科学方法,达到健康减脂和安全减脂的目的。本文对这个领域进行了综述。
Fat-reducing exercise, as a physical activity to reduce the body fat content and keep healthy, requires not only a variety of exercise methods to consume the body heat, but also a reasonable diet. A reasonable nutritious diet can not only speed up the recovery of sports fatigue, keep the stable state of various organs’ functions in the body, but also contribute to the recovery of human immune function in the window period after sports, so that reducing calorie intake is based on ensuring the supply of various nutrients in the body, and using the scientific method of “three-point training and seven-point eating” to achieve the goal of healthy and safe fat reduction. This paper reviews this field.
