%X Taizhou Rural Revitalization College was established in 2018. Since its establishment, the college has actively promoted the establishment of rural revitalization colleges in all nine counties (cities, districts) in Taizhou, and actively created a new mode of talent training, adding two modules of theoretical research and practical guidance to create a ˇ°Trinityˇ± pattern. This article focuses on the fact that under the guidance of ˇ°one directionˇ± since the establishment of the college, it has presented distinctive features such as ˇ°many in three aspectsˇ±, ˇ°five assists in talent trainingˇ±, and ˇ°seven introductions of practical guidanceˇ±, forming a three-in-one rural revitalization talent training model, and at the same time put forward a prospect for the development of the Rural Revitalization College in the future.
