A method for the determination of fluconazole residue in Lotus white by QuEChERS combined with gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established. Samples were pretreated by QuEChERS, separated by DB-5MS chromatographic column, scanned by dynamic multi reflection monitoring (DMRM), and quantified by internal standard method. In the linear range of 10 ~ 200 ng/ml, the correlation coefficient R2 is 0.9993, and the addition levels are 10, 20, 50 μg/kg. The recovery was 89.2% ~ 109.4% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.5% ~ 2.4% when the concentration was 0.5% ~ 2.4%.
