%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">创建一种QuEChERS结合气相色谱串联质谱法测定莲花白中氟环唑残留量，样品采用QuEChERS前处理，DB-5MS色谱柱分离，动态多反映监测(DMRM)扫描，内标法定量，在线性10~200 ng/mL范围内，相关系数值R<sup>2</sup>为0.9993，添加水平在10、20、50 μg/kg时，回收率在89.2%~109.4%之间，相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.5%~2.4%之间。该方法操作快捷，回收率高，精密度好，适用于莲花白中氟环唑残留量的测定。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">A method for the determination of fluconazole residue in Lotus white by QuEChERS combined with gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established. Samples were pretreated by QuEChERS, separated by DB-5MS chromatographic column, scanned by dynamic multi reflection monitoring (DMRM), and quantified by internal standard method. In the linear range of 10 ~ 200 ng/ml, the correlation coefficient R<sup>2</sup> is 0.9993, and the addition levels are 10, 20, 50 μg/kg. The recovery was 89.2% ~ 109.4% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.5% ~ 2.4% when the concentration was 0.5% ~ 2.4%. The method is rapid, with high recovery and precision, and is suitable for the determination of fluconazole residues in Lotus white.</span>
