Study on the Microstructure and Property of Phosphorus Gypsum-Based Self-Leveling Mortar Materials %A 王戈明 %A 张奇 %A 廖士璐 %A 陈喆 %A 王升高 %A 张义强 %J Hans Journal of Chemical Engineering and Technology %P 331-336 %@ 2161-8852 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/HJCET.2022.125043 %X 以磷石膏煅烧改性得到的β型半水石膏粉、矿渣、减水剂、缓凝剂等为原料成功制备了磷石膏基自流平砂浆材料,重点分析了样品的微结构对其工作性能和力学性能的影响规律及作用机理。所用配方为:β型半水石膏粉60 wt%,矿渣10 wt%,粉煤灰20 wt%,生石灰10 wt%,羟丙基甲基纤维素0.05 wt%,三聚氰胺减水剂(0.5 wt%和2 wt%),明胶0.2 wt%;所制备的磷石膏基自流平材料的30 min流动度、凝结时间、抗压强度、抗折强度等主要性能指标均达到国标JC/T 1023-2021《石膏基自流平砂浆》的要求。XRD和SEM结果表明,β型半水石膏粉逐步与矿渣等骨料发生水化反应生成针状钙矾石晶体,内部结构致密、元素分布均匀,确保了产物良好的力学性能。
The phosphorus gypsum-based self-leveling mortar was prepared with β hemihydrates gypsum from calcining phosphorus gypsum, slag, water reducer and retarder, etc. The influence law and mechanism of the microstructure of the samples on their working performance and mechanical property were analyzed. The formulations were designed as follows: 60 wt% β hemihydrates gypsum, 10 wt% slag, 20 wt% fly ash, 10 wt% quick lime, 0.05 wt% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), melamine water reducer(0.5 wt% and 2 wt%) and 0.2 wt% gelatin. The 30min fluidity, setting time, compressive strength and flexural strength of the as-prepared mortars meet the requirements of JC/T 1023-2021 “gypsum-based self-leveling mortar”. The results of XRD and SEM show that hydration reaction between β hemihydrates gypsum and slag generates aciculate ettringite crystals, leading to highly dense structure and uniform dispersion of the elements, which enhances the mechanical properties of the products. %K 磷石膏,β型半水石膏,自流平砂浆,微结构,工作性能
