Application of Graphene-Modified Electrochemical Sensor in Drug Analysis %A 孙俊朋 %A 王娣 %A 杨文馨 %A 陈虹颖 %A 张静 %J Material Sciences %P 846-852 %@ 2160-7621 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MS.2022.129094 %X 电化学传感器因其操作简单,成本低廉,灵敏度和特异性好,已引起研究者的广泛关注,在食品检测,药物分析,环境监测等各个方面的应用也越来越多。近年来,纳米材料在电化学传感器应用中发挥着极其重要的作用,而石墨烯作为其中一种比较重要的纳米材料,具有独特的物理化学性质,其优异的光学、电学特性,在材料学,生物医学和药物传递等方面具有重要的应用前景。研究表明将石墨烯应用于修饰电化学传感器中可显著提高其检测限、检测范围等性能。本文主要以国内外对石墨烯的研究成果为参考和依据,综述近年来石墨烯修饰电化学传感器在药物分析中的应用研究。
Electrochemical sensors have attracted extensive attention from researchers because of their simple operation, low cost, good specificity and sensitivity, and are increasingly used in food detec-tion, drug analysis, environmental monitoring and other aspects. In recent years, nanomaterials play an extremely important role in the application of electrochemical sensing. As one of the more important nanomaterials, graphene has unique physical and chemical properties, its excellent op-tical and electrical properties have important application prospects in materials science, biomedi-cine and drug delivery. Studies have shown that the application of graphene in modified electro-chemical sensors can significantly improve its detection limit, and detection range. In this paper, based on the research results of graphene at home and abroad, the application of gra-phene-modified electrochemical sensors in drug analysis in recent years is reviewed. %K 石墨烯,电化学传感器,修饰电极,药物分析
