%X 长链非编码RNA (LncRNAs)是一类长度超过200个核苷酸的RNA分子，特点是不编码蛋白质，在动脉粥样硬化疾病发生发展中发挥重要作用。血管平滑肌异常增殖会导致血管病理性重塑，LncRNAs可通过多种机制调控血管平滑肌增殖。本文主要对LncRNAs通过ceRNA调控血管平滑肌细胞增殖的研究进展做一综述。<br />
Long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) are a class of RNA molecules more than 200 nucleotides in length, characteristically do not encode proteins, and play an important role in the development of athero-sclerotic disease. Abnormal proliferation of vascular smooth muscle leads to pathological vascular remodeling, and LncRNAs can regulate vascular smooth muscle proliferation through multiple mechanisms. In this paper, we review the progress of LncRNAs regulating vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation through ceRNAs.
