Hemorrhagic transformation is a common complication after acute ischemic stroke, which leads to poor prognosis. At present, it is believed that the occurrence of hemorrhagic transformation is closely related to the destruction of the blood-brain barrier. In recent years, it has been found that non-coding RNA can be used as a post-transcriptional regulator of gene expression and plays an important role in blood-brain barrier permeability. This article reviews the research progress on the internal relationship between blood-brain barrier, hemorrhagic transformation and non-coding RNA, in order to explore the role of non-coding RNA in the transformation of blood-brain barrier af-ter ischemic stroke. %K 长链非编码RNA,环状RNA,微小RNA,出血转化,血脑屏障
