%X 抑郁症在老年人中普遍存在，且受到多方面因素的影响，自杀率较高。本文就抑郁症的概念、评估工具、影响因素和干预策略等方面综述国内外老年抑郁的研究进展，为我国治疗老年抑郁症的开展提供一定的帮助。<br />
Depression is common in the elderly, and it is affected by many factors, and the suicide rate is high. This paper reviews the research progress of senile depression at home and abroad on the concept, evaluation tools, influencing factors and intervention strategies of depres-sion, so as to provide some help for the treatment of senile depression in our country.
