Organization Optimization Simulation of Integration Project Based on Computational Experiments %A 孙雷霆 %A 乔宁 %A 谢凌 %J Modeling and Simulation %P 1058-1070 %@ 2324-870X %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MOS.2022.114097 %X 融合类项目的二元结构通常涉及复杂的合作环境,决定了融合项目组织结构具备典型的独特性、一次性特征,并影响了融合项目推进效率和组织管理效率。为有力开展融合组织治理,挖掘融合项目组织行为及其涌现与组织结构的关系,运用计算实验思想建立DES仿真模型,对融合项目组织结构进行设计优化。结合某国防工程融合项目案例分析发现,进行组织结构优化可以显著提高组织信息流转效率,进而提高融合项目组织系统运行效率。基于计算实验进行组织结构优化,能很好地从微观层面分析融合项目组织系统运行问题,把握融合项目组织系统运行规律,为从微观视角进行融合项目组织优化治理提供借鉴。
Because of the dualistic structure, the integration project involves complex cooperation environment. This determines that the organizational structure of the integration project has typical characteristics and one-time characteristics. These characteristics affect the efficiency of organization management of integration projects. This paper focuses on the organizational governance of integration, and studies the relationship between the organizational behavior emergence and organizational structure. The DES simulation model is established with the idea of computational experiment to optimize the organizational structure of integration project. Combining with a case study of an integration project, it is found that organizational structure optimization can significantly improve the efficiency of organizational information flow, and then improve the operational efficiency of the integration project organizational system. Organizational structure optimization based on computational experiments can well analyze the operation problems of integration project organizational system from the micro level, grasp the operational law of integration project organizational system, and provide reference for optimizing the management of the integration project from the micro perspective. %K 计算实验,融合项目,组织优化,仿真建模
