%X 无人驾驶汽车是人工智能下的一个重要产物，未来实现无人驾驶汽车全覆盖已成为了势不可挡的一个趋势。目前全球范围内对于无人驾驶汽车的技术研究以及立法规制最为完善的当属美国，其中美国内华达州所颁布的“511”法案更是对全球的无人驾驶汽车立法产生了重要影响。本文通过探究美国各州对于无人驾驶汽车的发展，以及深入分析“511”法案的相关内容，以期找到规制无人驾驶汽车这一新兴领域的正确立法方式，为我国未来的无人驾驶汽车行政立法提供一点经验借鉴。<br />
Driverless cars are important products of artificial intelligence, and it has become an irresistible trend to achieve full coverage of driverless cars in the future. At present, the United States has the most perfect technical research and legislative regulation on driverless vehicles in the world, among which the “511” act promulgated by Nevada has exerted an important influence on the global legislation on driverless vehicles. By exploring the development of driverless vehicles in various states in the United States and deeply analyzing the relevant contents of the “511” Act, this paper aims to find the correct legislative approach to regulate the emerging field of driverless vehicles and provide some experience for the future administrative legislation of driverless vehicles in China.
