%X 蝙蝠葛苏林碱是一种重要的双苄基异喹啉类生物碱，主要存在于防己科植物蝙蝠葛根茎中。蝙蝠葛苏林碱因具有抗心律失衡，抗缺氧缺血及抗癌等药理作用而备受研究者关注。本文结合相关研究文献，对蝙蝠葛苏林碱的药理作用及作用机制进行综述，为蝙蝠葛苏林碱的开发与临床应用提供理论依据。<br />
Daurisoline is an important dibenzylisoquinoline alkaloid, which mainly exists in the rhizomes of Menispermum dauricum. Daurisoline has been paid much attention by researchers because of its pharmacological effects such as anti-rhythm imbalance, anti-hypoxia and ischemic protection of brain tissue and anti-cancer. In this article, the pharmacological action and mechanism of daurisoline were reviewed based on relevant literature, providing theoretical basis for the development and clinical application of daurisoline.
