%X 在宪法解释的程序中，最重要的是宪法解释的主体，因其主体不同，运作的方式、所处的地位等存在差异，那么，在解释过程中会采取不同的解释规则和程序。所以，首先要从我国宪法解释的主体分析，通过对我国宪法规定、宪法解释的现状以及世界范围内的解释主体分析，最终得出我国宪法解释的主体选择路径。<br />
In the process of constitutional interpretation, the most important thing is the subject of constitutional interpretation. Because of the differences in the subject, the way of operation, and the status, different interpretation rules and procedures will be adopted in the process of interpretation. Therefore, we must first analyze the subject of constitutional interpretation in our country, and finally obtain the subject of constitutional interpretation in our country through the analysis of constitutional provisions, the status quo of constitutional interpretation, and the subject of interpretation in the world.
