%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">新冠肺炎疫情的来临，促进着线上教学的发展，但是传统的体育教学模式仍然不能被摒弃，本文从完善线上线下教学模式为切入点，使更多高校及中小学教师能够接纳并熟悉运用这种新型教学模式从而提高体育教学效率。并针对当前线上线下相结合的体育教学模式存在的一些问题，提出应对策略，旨在为我国体育教学事业提供一些理论基础和改进的方法。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The advent of COVID-19 has promoted the development of online teaching, but the traditional physical education teaching mode still cannot be abandoned. This paper starts from improving the online and offline teaching mode, so that more teachers in colleges and secondary schools can accept and be familiar with the use of this new teaching mode to improve the efficiency of physical education. In view of the problems existing in the current online and offline physical education mode, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, aiming to provide some theoretical basis and improvement methods for China’s physical education.</span>
