The rapid development of the internet economy requires the regulation of the network market to keep pace with the times. The prosperity of online transactions also brings problems such as market failure and the nonstandard operation of large internet financial platforms. At this time, the government's single regulation mode has been difficult to meet the needs of network market regulation. In view of the regulatory difficulties in online market transactions, we should implement the principles of market supervision, promote the supervision mode of cooperation between all parties, actively build a social credit system, establish a hierarchical supervision system, and create a good online trading environment for the majority of consumers.
