We used high-throughput sequencing to study the Licheng soil fungal diversity and reveal its community structure and composition. The basic data of soil fungi were obtained, 468,423 effective sequences, the total OTU number is 1359, among which the highest proportion of ascomycota is the first dominant Phylum, followed by basidiomycota; sordariomycetes is the first dominant Class. The detected beneficial fungi can be further exploited and utilized. This study provides technical support for the healthy development of strawberry industry in Licheng. %K 草莓,土壤,真菌多样性,高通量测序,历城
