%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\"></span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">我国当前正处在建设有中国特色社会主义法治体系的重大历史进程，必然要求培养出一大批优异的法律人，也必须依靠一个强大的法律职业共同体来推动。纵观目前我国法律人才培养和考核机制，法学学位教育和法律职业资格考试是最重要的两项指标。两者之间存在着天然的关联性，但目前两者之间也存在着相当程度的摩擦、竞争乃至对立。为此，在剖析两种制度的设计原理、运行逻辑的基础上，探索制度内外的调适方式尤为必要。文章拟就这方面的问题展开探讨，就教于同仁。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">China is currently in the construction of a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics of the major historical process. It is necessary to cultivate a large number of excellent legal people, but also must rely on a strong legal profession community to promote. Law degree education and legal professional qualification examination are the two most important indicators. There is a natural correlation between the two, but at present, there is a considerable degree of friction, competition and even opposition between them. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the design principle and operation logic of the two systems, it is particularly necessary to explore the ways of adjustment in-side and outside the system. This article plans to launch discussion on this aspect of the problem, and teach it to colleagues.</span>
