%X 本文首先简要梳理我国高校基层教学组织的发展历程,然后运用教育生态学视角分析高校基层教学组织的结构,阐述了高校基层教学组织由个体、种群、群落、环境等四个生态系统构成,再探讨了基层教学组织在个体、种群、群落三个生态系统中分别存在的生态困境,并深挖产生该困境的成因,结合高校基层教学组织的生态特性从中获得启发,以便进一步推动高校基层教学组织创新与改革。
This paper firstly combs the development history of the grassroots teaching organizations in China’s colleges and universities, then analyzes the structure of the grassroots teaching organizations in colleges and universities from the perspective of educational ecology, explains that the grassroots teaching organizations in colleges and universities are composed of four ecosystems, such as individuals, populations, communities and environment, and then discusses the ecological dilemmas of the grassroots teaching organizations in the three ecosystems of individuals, populations and communities, and digs deeper into the causes of the dilemmas. The purpose of this study is to gain insights from the ecological characteristics of the grassroots teaching organizations in order to further promote the reform and innovation of the grassroots teaching organizations in colleges and universities.
