%X 为保障居民饮水安全,不断满足人民群众喝好水的迫切需要。以湖南省全省125个重要饮用水水源地为研究对象,综合考虑水源地的水质稳定性、水量大小以及开发利用难易程度,并据此采用设计供水人口、设计供水能力、年保持II类以上水质的月数、水源地位置、水源地实际供水量和设计供水能力的比值、水源地可利用水量分级共6个指标构建优质水源地评价指标体系。运用层次分析法计算各指标权重。采用模糊综合评价法对湖南省重要饮用水水源地进行评价。评价结果显示湖南省优质饮用水水源地(评价等级为V1和V2)共有43个,占全部重要饮用水水源地的34.4%。
To ensure the safety of drinking water for residents, and constantly meet the urgent needs of the people to drink good water. Taking 125 important drinking water sources in Hunan Province as the research objects, a evaluation index system of high-quality water source is constructed by comprehensively considering the water quality stability, water volume and difficulty of development and utilization of the water sources. This evaluation index system includes a total of 6 indicators: the design water supply population, design water supply capacity, and the number of months to maintain water quality above class II, the location of the water source, the ratio of the actual water supply volume, the grading of the available water volume of the water source. The weight of each indicator is calculated using the analytic hierarchy process. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the important drinking water sources in Hunan Province. The evaluation results show that there are 43 high-quality drinking water sources (the evaluation level is V1 and V2), accounting for 34.4% of all important drinking water sources.
