<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">It is significant to carry out effectively the ideological-oriented College English, due to its scope and great influence in Chinese higher education. The systematic comparison and contrast of Sino-Western culture in college English guided by the cognitive development of college students and based on the Content-Based Instruction will fulfill the task of achieving language learning objectives and guiding students in moral development and it will be an effective way to carry out ideological-oriented College English study.</span>
