%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">生物固氮的定量方法分为直接定量法和间接定量法。直接定量法为15N2气体饲喂法。间接定量法有总氮差异法、15N自然丰度法、15N同位素稀释法和乙炔还原法。固氮微生物的研究主要集中在豆科植物，经济作物固氮微生物研究对南方地区经济作物的绿色发展提供借鉴。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The quantitative methods of biological nitrogen fixation are divided into direct quantitative methods and indirect quantitative methods. The direct quantitative method is 15N2 gas feeding method. Indirect quantitative methods include total nitrogen difference method, 15N natural abundance method, 15N isotope dilution method and acetylene reduction method. The research on nitrogen-fixing microorganisms mainly focuses on legumes, and the research on the nitrogen-fixing microorganisms of cash crops provides a reference for the green development of cash crops in the south.</span>
