%X 听力教学是当前国内高校英语教学中的一项重要任务。立足于克拉申理论中的输入假说和情感过滤假说，文章指出了当前大学英语听力教学中存在的一些问题，然后结合实际情况从听前、听中以及听后三个方面探究提升学生英语听力水平的有效途径。<br />
Listening teaching is an important task in college English teaching in China. Based on the Input Hypothesis and Affective Filter Hypothesis of Krashen’s theory, this paper points out some problems existing in the current college English listening teaching. Then, combined with the actual situation, the paper explores some effective ways to improve students’ English listening level from three aspects: pre-listening, while-listening and post-listening.
