%X 目前对于气象自动站运行监控、气象数据获取大多依赖于内网，业务人员要获取相关信息必须要通过内网计算机，这样在实际工作中，会出现很多信息获取困难、不及时的情况。本文主要研究使用Python编程语言开发一个集雨量超阈值自动报警、气象自动站运行监控、气象数据查询为一体的微信个人号机器人，把微信作为信息传输媒介，实现气象信息的快速传播和获取。<br />
At present, the operation monitoring of automatic meteorological stations and the acquisition of meteorological data mostly depend on the intranet. Business personnel must obtain relevant information through the intranet computer, so in practical work, there will be many difficulties and delays in obtaining information. This paper mainly studies the development of a WeChat personal ID robot using python programming language, which integrates automatic rainfall threshold alarm, automatic weather station operation monitoring, and meteorological data query. WeChat is used as the information transmission medium to realize the rapid dissemination and acquisition of meteorological information.
