%X 中共十八大以来，习近平总书记围绕生态文明建设发表了一系列重要论述。面对世界各国的快速发展，经济要素被提到首要地位，而忽略了对生态环境的保护，造成自然资源过度使用、自然环境严重破坏等现象，为解决经济发展和环境保护之间日益突出的矛盾，进一步实现可持续发展，党中央提出了关于新时代生态生产力的一系列重要思想，实现了对马克思主义生产力理论的全新解读，赋予了新的内涵，揭示了保护、改善生态环境和保护、发展生产力的辩证关系，为实现人与自然和谐共生、建设社会主义生态文明以及全球生态文明建设提供科学理论指导，对实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重要价值意义。<br />
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has published a series of important expositions on the construction of ecological civilization. In the face of the rapid development of all countries in the world, economic factors have been raised to the primary position, while the protection of the ecological environment has been ignored, resulting in the excessive use of natural resources and serious damage to the natural environment. In order to solve the increasingly prominent contradiction between economic development and environmental protection and further realize sustainable development, the Party Central Committee has put forward a series of important ideas on ecological productivity in the new era. It realizes a new interpretation of Marxist Productivity Theory, endows it with new connotation, reveals the dialectical relationship between protecting and improving the ecological environment and protecting and developing productivity, provides scientific theoretical guidance for realizing the harmonious coexistence between man and nature, building socialist ecological civilization, and the construction of global ecological civilization, and is of great value to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
