Research on Countermeasures for Improving the Quality of Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges of Ethnic Areas—Based on Questionnaires and Interviews in Guangxi %A 邓万里 %A 李明 %A 卢光云 %A 卞志国 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 3217-3222 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ASS.2022.118440 %X 基于2021年广西高校师生的164份调查问卷和调研访谈中的文本资料,采用实地调研方式对高校创新创业教育进行研究。研究发现存在以下问题:重理论轻实践的教育模式,缺乏具有实践操作能力的指导教师,创新创业教育时间安排不合理,学生对创新创业教育的参与度不高。根据存在的问题提出以下政策建议:构建理论与实践结合的教育模式,建设有实践操作能力的校内和校外师资队伍,形成从入校到毕业的全过程创新创业教育体系,提升学生参与创新创业教育的积极性。
Based on the 164 questionnaires and the text data in the interviews of teachers and students in Guangxi universities, this paper adopts the field research method to study the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. The study found that there are the following problems: heavy theory light practice education mode, lack of practical operation ability of teachers, innovation and entrepreneurship education time arrangement is unreasonable, students’ participation in innovation and entrepreneurship education is not high. Through the analysis of the problems, the following suggestions are put forward: to build an education model combining theory and practice, to build the teaching staff in and out of school with practical operation ability, to form the whole process of innovation and entrepreneurship education system from enrollment to graduation, and to enhance the enthusiasm of students to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship education. %K 民族地区高校,创新创业,教育质量,提升策略
