Research on Incoming Break Detection System of Crushing Station %A 牟承林 %A 赵四海 %A 朱天赐 %A 刘宗盛 %J Mechanical Engineering and Technology %P 357-367 %@ 2167-6623 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MET.2022.114041 %X 露天煤矿煤炭生产过程中,采掘煤炭中混有的电铲配件、铁板等铁磁物体会进入破碎站,从而导致破碎站的破碎机卡块、破碎齿损坏甚至电机烧毁,因此破碎站铁磁物体的检测极为重要。基于平衡式金属检测原理,利用有限元法分析破碎站检测线圈的布置方案,可以确定最优方案与在该方案下的最优匝数和频率。最后,进行实验验证,利用labview对信号进行采集、降噪和提取幅值,结果表明,该方案能准确地检测到是否有铁磁物体。
In the process of coal production in open-pit coal mines, some ferromagnetic objects such as shovel accessories and iron plates mixed in coal mining will enter the crushing station, which will lead to the damage of crusher blocks, crushing teeth and even the burning of motors in the crushing station. Therefore, the detection of ferromagnetic objects in primary crushing station is very important. Based on the principle of balance type metal detection, the arrangement scheme of detecting coil in crushing station is analyzed by finite element method, the optimal scheme and the optimal number of turns and frequency under the scheme can be determined. Finally, experiments are carried out to verify that labview is used to collect, de-noise and extract the amplitude of the signal. The results show that the scheme can accurately detect whether there are ferromagnetic objects. %K 破碎站,金属检测,电磁场,有限元分析
