%X 大学教育应该回归教学是高校实现双一流目标的重要举措,教师是教育之本。青年教师在应用型民办本科高校占主导地位,他们的教学能力直接关系到应用型高素质人才培养目标能否实现,也是应用型民办高校跻身双一流的关键要素。青年教师的教学能力不能满足应用型本科高校的要求,有多重因素共同导致。要全面提升青年教师的教学能力,民办应用型高校要主动转变理念,并落实行动,为提升青年教师教学能力保驾护航。
Focus on Teaching is an important measure for universities to achieve the goal of Double First- Class, and teachers are the foundation of education. Young teachers dominate in applied private colleges, and their teaching ability is directly related to whether the goal of cultivating applied high-quality talents can be achieved, and it is also a key element for applied private colleges to rank among the Double First-Class. There are multiple factors worked together to cause that the teaching ability of young teachers cannot meet the requirements of applied colleges. To comprehensively improve the teaching ability of young teachers, applied private colleges should take the initiative to change their concepts and implement actions.
