%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\"></span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">军事职业教育是面向军队人员的在岗继续教育，以在线课程为最主要学习形式，相比其他继续教育、在线教育，在学习对象上具有全员参与的鲜明特征，也因此具有年龄段分布广泛的特征。本文以海军官兵为例，依据调查对象的特征，分析了不同军龄段官兵对满意度的差异，以期了解官兵工作成长过程中满意度感受的变化、寻找在线课程建设的薄弱环节加以改进，丰富在线课程满意度研究。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Military continuing education is on-the-job continuing education for military personnel. With online courses as the main form of learning, it has the distinct characteristics of total involvement in learning objects compared with other continuing education or online education, and therefore has the characteristics of wide age distribution. Taking the naval officers and soldiers as an example, the differences of satisfaction among officers and soldiers of different military ages were analyzed according to the characteristics of the survey objects, in the hope of understanding the change of officers and soldiers’ satisfaction as they grow in their work, finding out the weak links of online course construction to improve, and enriching the research on online course satisfaction.</span>
