%X 近年来，糖尿病足患者延迟就医的情况普遍存在，且受多种因素影响，延迟就医使得糖尿病足患者截肢、死亡、伤口不愈合等不良结局显著增加。本文将从糖尿病足患者延迟就医现状及影响因素两个方面进行阐述分析，以期为改善我国糖尿病足患者延迟就医行为提供参考依据。<br />
In recent years, it is common for patients with diabetes foot to delay medical treatment, which is af-fected by many factors. Delayed medical treatment has significantly increased the adverse out-comes of amputation, death, wound nonunion and so on in patients with diabetes foot. This article will elaborate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of diabetes foot patients’ delayed medical treatment, in order to provide reference for improving the behavior of diabetes foot patients’ delayed medical treatment in China.
