Research on the Model of Learning Rural Community under the Background of Rural Revitalization %A 陈湘满 %A 张凌琳 %J Sustainable Development %P 913-922 %@ 2160-7559 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/SD.2022.124104 %X 在乡村振兴战略和建设学习型社会的背景下,本文对比研究了美国的社区学院、日本的社区教育和瑞典的学习圈,并对国内的社区教育实践进行了具体分析。总结国内外学习型社区的建设模式的特点与优劣势之后,针对我国欠发达农村地区经济基础较差、居民受教育程度普遍较低的现状,提出建立多方参与的学习型农村社区模式。这个模式先由政府设计并完善学习型农村社区的基础框架,再由社会多方主体参与,最后创新推广手段与教育内容吸引居民参与学习。
In the context of the rural revitalization strategy and learning society, this paper compared community colleges in the United States, community education in Japan and Swedish study circle and specifically analyzed the state learning communities in China. After summarizing the characteristics of the domestic and foreign learning community mode, in view of the low economic and education level of the undeveloped rural areas in China, a learning community mode with multi-participation is proposed. The government designs and improves the system of learning rural communities, and then promotes the participation of various social subjects, and finally, innovates promotion means and educational content to attract residents to participate in learning. %K 乡村振兴,学习型社区,多方参与模式
