%X 慢加急性肝衰竭是肝功能不全终末状态的一种类型，其死亡率高，目前缺乏理想的治疗手段。早期对患者的预后做出准确的预测，有助于优化医疗资源的配置。本文归纳总结了近年来临床常用的预后标志物及评分模型，旨在指导慢加急肝衰竭患者的治疗及预后推测。<br />
Acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) is a type of terminal hepatic insufficiency with high mortality and lack of ideal treatment. Early accurate prognosis of patients is helpful to optimize the allocation of medical resources. This article summarized the commonly used clinical prognostic markers and scoring models in recent years in order to guide the treatment and prognosis of patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure.
