With excellent biocompatibility and similar mechanical properties to human bone, Poly ether-ether-ketone (PEEK) has become a widely used orthopedic implant material nowadays. At the same time, with the continuous maturity of 3D printing technology, patients can accurately customize the required artificial bone implant materials according to their own bone defects. In this paper, the clinical application status and progress of PEEK in oral cavity, artificial bone joint, jaw bone, skull and other defects were briefly reviewed, and the pending problems and research direction of 3D printing medical PEEK in biomedical field were summarized and proposed. %K 聚醚醚酮,3D打印,骨科植入物,假体,骨缺损
