	<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">目的：分析腹腔镜下输卵管异位妊娠手术患者强化人文关怀护理的效果。方法：采用方便抽样的方法选取2020年2月~2022年2月在我院接受腹腔镜下输卵管异位妊娠手术的90例患者作为本次研究对象。按照患者入组顺序分为对照组(n = 45)和观察组(n = 45)，对照组接受常规临床护理，观察组接受强化人文关怀护理模式，对比两组临床护理效果。结果：治疗前两组患者SAS、SDS及GQOL-74评分比较不存在统计学差异(P &gt; 0.05)，治疗后观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组，GQOL-74评分显著高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P &lt; 0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P &lt; 0.05)。结论：对腹腔镜下输卵管异位妊娠手术患者强化人文关怀护理可以显著缓解患者焦虑、抑郁的负面情绪状态，提高生活质量，优化医疗服务水平，值得广泛推广应用。<br />
Objective: To analyze the effect of
strengthening humanistic care in patients undergoing laparoscopic ectopic
pregnancy surgery. Methods: 90 patients who underwent laparoscopic ectopic
pregnancy surgery in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were
selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were divided into control
group (n = 45) and observation group (n = 45) according to the order of
enrollment. The control group received routine clinical nursing and the
observation group received intensive humanistic care nursing mode. The clinical
nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant
difference in the scores of SAS, SDS and GQOL-74 between the two groups before
treatment (P &gt; 0.05). After treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS in the
observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and
the score of GQOL-74 was significantly higher than that in the control group (P
&lt; 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P &lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Strengthening humanistic care for patients undergoing laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy surgery can significantly alleviate the negative emotional state of anxiety and depression, improve the quality of life and optimize the level of medical services, which is worthy of wide popularization and application.</span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"></span>
