%X 现代企业的竞争可以说是供应链之间的竞争，因此供应链内部如何提升竞争力十分重要，唯有与供应商的中下游企业之间实现信息分享，才能优化整条供应链体系以削减成本。本文探究供应链上下游信息分享的博弈关系，以找到一些基本的规律与策略，以便使在供应链中的各节点公司都可以在整体最优中获益，从而增强竞争力。<br />
Modern enterprise competition can be said to be the competition between supply chains, so how to enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain is very important. Only by sharing information with suppliers’ middle and downstream enterprises can the whole supply chain system be optimized to cut costs. This paper explores the game relationship of upstream and downstream information sharing in the supply chain, in order to find some basic rules and strategies, so that all the node companies in the supply chain can benefit from the overall optimization, so as to enhance competitiveness.
