%X 习近平外交思想作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分，是当前我国对外工作的根本遵循和行动指南。面对当前复杂多变的国际环境，习近平总书记扎根于马克思主义，紧密联系中国具体实际，建立了一套具有鲜明中国特色的、系统的、科学的理论体系，具有深厚的哲学内涵。通过分析新时期我国面临的国际环境，进一步探究习近平外交思想中的哲学基础，对于准确把握习近平外交思想具有重要意义。<br />
As an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy is the fundamental follow and action guide of China’s foreign work at present. In the face of a complex and volatile international environment, General Secretary Xi Jinping has taken root in Marxism and closely linked it with China’s actual situation and he has established a systematic and scientific theoretical system with distinctive Chinese characteristics and profound philosophical connotations. By analyzing the international environment facing my country in the new era, further exploring the philosophical foundation in Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thoughts. It is of great significance to accurately grasp Xi Jinping's diplomatic ideas.
